By introducing the EUROPRESS EV, we are unveiling a new generation of the hydraulic vertical presses. This press is available in the sizes 6hl, 12hl, and 24hl, combining the benefits of a traditional basket press with innovative technology.
The EUROPRESS EV offers up to 50 individually selectable press programs with up to 90 pressure levels. With its intelligent programs, each winemaker can individually control the pressing process, whether using crushed or whole grapes, to produce unparalleled still and sparkling wines. The live visualization of the cycle allows for easy monitoring of the pressing process.
